a sheppard's pie using can of soup as base stock - any condensed soup will do.

Recipe Ingredients for Cassies Kitchen Cupboard Sheppard's Pie

14 ounce (Cambell's) Cream of Mushroom soup, condensed
14 ounce whole mushrooms, drained
1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 cup frozen corn
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups potatoes, boiled, with skin, no salt
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Cassies Kitchen Cupboard Sheppard's Pie

  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Mash. Set aside.

  2. Brown beef and onion together.

  3. Combine beef and onion mixture with mushrooms, and corn in casserole dish or small roasting pan.

  4. Top with mashed potatoes.

  5. In last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle with shredded cheese.
