Potato casserole with cheese, topped with corn flakes!

Recipe Ingredients for Casserole Potatoes

2 lbs hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine
2 cups Corn Flakes

Recipe Directions for Casserole Potatoes

  1. Empty frozen hash browns into bottom of 13x9 in. pan

  2. Mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.

  3. Fold cheddar cheese into mixture and spread over hash browns.

  4. Crush Corn Flakes and sprinkle over mixture and hash browns evenly.

  5. Melt butter and drizzle over entire pan of casserole.

  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
