3 cups shredded frozen hash browns, thawed and drained
4 tablespoons butter, melted
3 large eggs, beaten
1 cup half and half
3/4 cup cooked ham, diced
1/2 cup green onions, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

Recipe Directions for Casserole, Hash Brown Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. Gently press the drained hash browns between paper towels to dry them as best as possible.
