Recipe Ingredients for Casserole, Corn pudding

2 cups corn, frozen whole kernel (sweeter is better)
1 3/4 cups milk
3 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar

Recipe Directions for Casserole, Corn pudding

  1. Blend butter, sugar, flour, and salt. Add beaten eggs. Stir in corn and milk.

  2. Pour into 9 X 13 greased Pyrex dish.

  3. Bake in 325 oven for 45 minutes. STIR EVERY 15 MINUTES.

  4. When done - knife inserted will come out clean. Mixture can be made ahead and placed in rerigerator until ready to cook.
