Directions Fillet chicken (you should end up with 6 pieces) Marinate chicken fillets in fat free Italian Dressing (or any other fat free dressing you prefer). Grill chicken until golden brown. Cook pasta, brocolli & carrots together in one pot until pasta is al dente. Drain. Pour Pasta in casserole dish. 2 Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Fat Free Italian Dressing
1 cup Broccoli, Cooked
1 cup Carrots
2 cups Pasta Rotini
1 cup Sauce, Pasta, Spaghetti/marinara, Ready-to-serve
19 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese

  1. Lay chicken pieces over top of pasta

  2. Cover with the remainder of the sauce mixture

  3. Sprinkle top of casserole with mozzarella

  4. Cover

  5. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until mozzarella begins to brown)
