Recipe Ingredients for Casserole, Cheesy Potato Salad

5 pounds potatoes, boiled and cubed
1 pound bacon, fried crisp
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 pound cheese, velveta cubed
2 cups mayonnaise
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Casserole, Cheesy Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes, peel, cube and place in a large bowl, salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Cook bacon to crisp stage crumble and place in bowl over potatoes.

  3. Chop the onion and saute in a little bacon grease, place in bowl with potatoes and bacon.

  4. Add mayonnaise and cheese to bowl and stir in well, place in proper size greased dish.

  5. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned on top.
