770 g. butternut squash
350 g. apples
56 g. craisins
20 g. Sugar in the Raw
48 g. light butter
1/4 t. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Casserole - Butternut Apple Cranberry

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Chop squash and apples into 1 inch cubes.

  3. Layer squash and apples in 7 X11 baking dish.

  4. Sprinkle craisins over squash and apples.

  5. Mix together dry ingredients and sprinkle evenly over dish.

  6. Dot with butter.

  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
