5 oz beansprouts
2 oz cabbage
2 oz carrot
1/4 oz white onion
2 oz pepper
6 mushrooms
1 1/2 tspn fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp white wine
3 tspn soya sauce
1 tspn sesame oil

Recipe Directions for cashew & vegetable stir fry

toast cashews and set aside. stir fry all ingredients then sprinkle nuts on top
