Recipe Ingredients for Cashew Seitan

8 oz Seitan Traditional
1 cup, chopped Cabbage
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 medium Red Bell Pepper
4 tbsp Oil, Sesame
2 serving Tamari
3 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Asian Glaze
2.5 oz Cashew Nuts
2 tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar, Organic
1 oz Chili Paste

Recipe Directions for Cashew Seitan

  1. Bake Seitan in some minced garlic and tamari, until crispy around edges.

  2. Chop cabbage and julienne carrots and peppers.

  3. Mix liquid ingredients in a side dish.

  4. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
