Recipe Ingredients for Cashew Rasin Granola

6 cups rolled oats
100 grams oat bran
1/3 cup wheat germ
1 cup cashews
110 grams raisins
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses

Recipe Directions for Cashew Rasin Granola

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix together the applesauce and molasses and set aside.

  3. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Combine the applesauce mixture with the oat mixture and still until well blended. If it seems dry, add more applesauce.

  5. Bake in three batches, about 30 minutes per batch, stirring halfway through.
