Recipe Ingredients for Cashew-Pimiento Cheese

3 cups cashews, raw
3 cups water
6 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup pimiento
1 cup nutritional yeast flakes
3/4 tsp celery salt
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Cashew-Pimiento Cheese

  1. Blend cashews, water, and sesame seeds until smooth

  2. Add water as needed if too thick for blender

  3. Blend in the rest of the ingredients
