4 tbsp Poppyseed

  1. 1 bunch romaine, torn

  2. 1 cup salted cashews

  3. 1 medium pear, thinly sliced

  4. 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  5. Poppy seed viaigrette

  6. 2/3 cup olive oil

  7. 1/2 cup sugar

  8. 1/3 cup lemon juice

  9. 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  11. In larege salad bowl, combine the romaine, cashews, pear and cranberries. In a small bowl, whisk the salad ingredients. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
