Cashew chicken salad with grapes and curry

Recipe Ingredients for Cashew Curry Chicken Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
6 oz bamboo shoots
6 oz water chestnuts
1 lb chopped chicken
3 cups seedless grapes
1/2 tbls curry powder
1/2 cup cashews

Recipe Directions for Cashew Curry Chicken Salad

  1. Boil chicken until done

  2. Mix curry & mayo

  3. Add rest of ingredients (except cashews)

  4. Chop chicken and add to other ingredients

  5. Salt & Pepper to taste

  6. Add cashews to each individual serving
