Recipe Ingredients for Cashew Curry Chicken Salad

4 cups seedless Grapes
1/2 cup bamboo shoots
1/2 cup sliced watercress
1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
4 tablespoons curry powder
3 cups chopped chicken breast
1 cup cashews

Recipe Directions for Cashew Curry Chicken Salad

  1. boil Chicken and dice

  2. mix mayonnaise with curry powder

  3. add all ingredients to bowl (except Cashews)

  4. mix mayonnaisse mixture with all other ingredients

  5. Add cashews to each individual serving
