Recipe Ingredients for Cashew Cream Sauce

1/2 cup cashews, raw
1/2 cup soy milk
4 tbls nutritional yeast
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tsp ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Cashew Cream Sauce

  1. Grind cashews in coffee grinder until they are poder.

  2. Comine soy milk, water, yeast in saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Bring to a boil. Add ppper. Whisk in cashews.

  4. Continue whisking until thick. Stire in wine.

  5. 8 - 1/4 cup servings
