Recipe Ingredients for Cashew Chicken Casserole

1/4 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons butter
4 cups diced chicken, cook
6 cups rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup diced celery
1 can chicken broth
5 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Cashew Chicken Casserole

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter.

  2. Add broth and soup; simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Add chicken and soy sauce; simmer for 5 more minutes.

  4. Add rice and above mixture to casserole dish.

  5. Bake at 375 until liquid bubbles. Add nuts or noodles if desired.
