Recipe Ingredients for Cashew Cacao Energy Bites

170 grams Oats, Instant or Rolled
70 grams Unsalted Cashews, Urtekram
25 grams Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened
50 grams Water
5 grams Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Wilhelm Reuss
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Cashew Cacao Energy Bites

  1. Put all ingredientsin a food processor along with a dash of salt and blend - add only a little amount of water at a time - it isonly to make it possible to blend (it should not be liquid at all!).

  2. I suggest refrigerating the ?dough? for at least 30 minutes to make it easier to roll into round balls.

  3. Use a tablespoon to scoop out heaping amounts, roll gently, and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

  4. Refrigerate for a couple hours until firm
