Recipe Ingredients for Cashew Brown Rice

1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1/4 cup Green onions,chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/4 cup cashews
3 cups brown rice, hot cooked

Recipe Directions for Cashew Brown Rice

  1. Saute green onions, ginger and garlic in olive oil.

  2. Add sauteed mixture and cashews to rice.

  3. Stir well.

  4. Enjoy!
