Recipe Ingredients for Casey's shrimp gumbo

3 cups water
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup rice
1/2 lb ground beef
20 shrimp
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 1/2 cups tomatoes, diced
2 1/2 cups corn
2 tbls thyme
1 tbls basil
1 tbls old bay
3 tbls season salt
2 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Casey's shrimp gumbo

  1. Brown hamburger meat.

  2. put everything except shrimp in a big pot and bring to a boil.

  3. put shrimp in and boil for 10 minutes

  4. stir and simmer covered for 10 minutes
