Casablanca Chicken w/ fresh lemons

Recipe Ingredients for Casablanca Chicken

1/4 cup minced parsley
1 T minced garlic
1 small onion, chopped
3 T lemon juice
1 tsp. cumin
1 t. paprika
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
1 fresh ground pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Recipe Directions for Casablanca Chicken

  1. combine all marinade ingredients in 1 gallon plastic bag and turn to mix thoroughly. Pound chicken thin and place in bag, turning to coat. Refrigerate 3-8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

  2. Cook on hot grill. Turning once (6-8 minutes per side at 300-350 degrees)\Serve hot and drizzle with jusice from 2 sliced and wedged lemons.
