Recipe Ingredients for Casa Cassie Burrito Filling

4.84 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
240 grams Mushrooms
132 grams Onions
2 cube Bouillon
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
3 tsp Onion Powder
6 tsp Chili Powder
4 serving No Salt - salt substitute
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Casa Cassie Burrito Filling

  1. Brown ground beef in pan until pink is gone. Drain off fat. Add mushrooms and onions. Scramble fry for about 10 minutes until mushrooms soften.

  2. In a small bowl mix flour, onion powder, chili powder and salt and pepper. Add to beef mixture. mix.

  3. Dissolve bouillon in water. Stir into mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes until thicken.
