Recipe Ingredients for Cary's Veggi Omelette #1

5 egg whites
2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon feta cheese
1 zucchini
1 small tomato
1/2 onion
1/2 cup cooked spinach
1/2 cup broccoli

Recipe Directions for Cary's Veggi Omelette #1

saute onions add zucchini and broccoli, then tomato set aside keeping vegies firm, then whip eggs and put in PAM covered omelette pan cook for 4 minutes, add vegies and cheese, then put under brioler or oven until done to taste
