Recipe Ingredients for Caryn's Pita Pizzas

2 pita, whole wheat
2 T tomato paste
1/2 t italian seasoning
4 T fat free mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup raw spinach, shredded
1 T red onion, chopped
1 medium mushroom, sliced
1 T green bell peppers, chopped
1/4 c grilled chicken, sliced

Recipe Directions for Caryn's Pita Pizzas

  1. Bake pita's in oven @ 400 for 7 minutes.

  2. Spread w/ tomato paste and sprinkle with italian seasoning.

  3. Sprinkle cheese, spinach, chicken, onion, mushroom, & bell pepper

  4. Bake until cheese melts
