Recipe Ingredients for Carrots, Peas and Potatos Dry Curry

3 tbsp vegetable oil
6 large carrots, chopped
2 small potatoes, peeled
100 g frozen peas
1 small onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped

Recipe Directions for Carrots, Peas and Potatos Dry Curry

  1. Fry onions lightly.

  2. Add tomatoes and fry a little.

  3. Add carrots, peas and potato.

  4. Add haldi, chilli powder, a bit of dhania and salt.

  5. Add water and leave to cook.
