Recipe Ingredients for carrots and dip

50 ml yoghurt, natural low fat
50 ml cottage cheese, fat free
15 g sweet chilli sauce
2 carrots

Recipe Directions for carrots and dip

  1. Mix yoghurt, cottage cheese and sweet chilli sauce (or chutney), and spoon into a serving bowl.

  2. Slice the carrots into sticks and dip them.
