1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 stalks Celery
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 tsp Vinegar red wine
4 dash Salt, Table
4 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Spray pan with non stick spray and add vegetables. Pour in red wine vinegar, sprinkle in salt, pepper & basil. Cook until vegetables are sofe.
