Burgers made with carrots, bran cereal, and spices.

Recipe Ingredients for Carrotburgers

220 g carrots
1 tbsp celery salt
130 g bran cereal
50 g peppers, sweet red
25 g onions
2 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs, large
1 tsp basil, dried

Recipe Directions for Carrotburgers

Dice all veggies. Boil carrots in a tiny amount of water ca. 5 minutes. Crush cereal. Drain carrots and mix all ingredients except oil together. Divide into 8 portions and form into patties. Heat oil and cook patties ca. 3 minutes on each side. Enjoy as a 'hamburger' or alone.
