Recipe Ingredients for Carrot-Turnip mashed.

1.5 cup slices Carrots
1 cup slices Parsnips
1 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, All Varieties

Recipe Directions for Carrot-Turnip mashed.

Boil All Veggies together until tender. Drain, mash and serve. I sometimes add a pat of butter to the water.
