Recipe Ingredients for carrot-turkey-leek soup

500 grams Carrots
450 grams Turkey Breast Meat
1 medium raw Leeks
25 grams Cream Cheese
1500 grams Water
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for carrot-turkey-leek soup

  1. chop leek into little peaces, fry them with a little oil.

  2. Chop carrots.

  3. Chop your turkey breast into little peaces and fry them in little oil.

  4. Put a pot with water on stove and wait for it to come to boil. If the water is boiling but your carrots, leek in. when they are almost finished add turkey and cream cheese and do your seasoning.
