Recipe Ingredients for Carrot and Sweet Potato Soup

171 grams onion
274 grams sweet potato
328 grams carrot
10 grams stock cube
1 1/2 pints water
300 ml skim milk

Recipe Directions for Carrot and Sweet Potato Soup

  1. Chop all the veg

  2. Add to a pan with the water and stock cube, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins or until all the veg are cooked through

  3. Add pepper to taste

  4. Liquidise

  5. Add milk and reheat to serve
