Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Sweet Potato & Ginger Soup

325 grams Sweet Potato
247 grams Carrots
204 grams Onion
10 grams stock cube
1 3/4 pints water
1/2 pint Skim Milk
10 grams stock cube
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe Directions for Carrot Sweet Potato & Ginger Soup

  1. Chop the vegetables then put into a pan with the ginger, stock cube and water

  2. Bring to the boil, then simmer for approx 20 mins until the vegetables are cooked

  3. Liquidise

  4. Add Skim milk heat through and serve
