Recipe Ingredients for carrot squash ginger soup

2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
2/3 cup fresh orange juice
1 tbs. canola oil
5 large carrots
3 cups butternut squash
2 tsp ginger
6 stalks celery

Recipe Directions for carrot squash ginger soup

Cook onions and celery until soft, add remaining ingredients except OJ and cook until carrots, squash are soft, add OJ at the end. Salt and pepper to taste, blend until smooth.
