Recipe Ingredients for Carrot "Soup"

6 cups chicken broth
1/2 onion
1 lbs. carrots
3/4 cup soy milk
1/8 cup ginger

Recipe Directions for Carrot "Soup"

  1. 1. Boil carrots and onion in chicken broth until vegetables are soft.

  2. 2. Blend all ingredients in blender.

  3. 3. Add spice to taste.
