Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Souffle

2 lbs. carrots, chopped
1/4 c. applesauce
1/4 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg, beaten
4 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Carrot Souffle

  1. Preheat to 350.

  2. Boil carrots in salt water until tender-about 15 min. Drain and mash.

  3. Add butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla, eggs. Mix well.

  4. Put in a 2 qt casserole and sprinkle with 10x. Bake 30 min.
