Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Souffle

1 pound carrots
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbls flour

Recipe Directions for Carrot Souffle

Peel and boil carrots until tender. Drain carrots and place in a food processor with melted maragarine. Blend. Add egg, sugar, baking powder, and flour. Blend until smooth. Pour into 6x6 serving dish and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
