serving=1 cup Bobby Flay with cumin

Recipe Ingredients for carrot salad

3.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots
0.25 cup Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Garlic
0.25 cup Parsley
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
2 tsp Cumin Seed

Recipe Directions for carrot salad

  1. Blanch carrots for 5-6 minutes.

  2. Chop parsley.

  3. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.

  4. Drain and cool carrots.

  5. Add parsley to carrots.

  6. Mix liquids with carrots.

  7. Chill 2+ hours.
