Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Salad

1/4 cup carrots
1/4 garlic clove, finely minced
1/16 cup lemon juice, queezed
1/4 tablespoon finely minced fresh cilantro
1/4 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 finely ground black pepper, to taste
1 salt

Recipe Directions for Carrot Salad

  1. 1.- Peel and grate carrots.

  2. 2.- Combine all ingredients in serving bowl. Serve cold.
