Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Salad

5 oz Apples
2 Carrots
1/2 raw onion
6 canned cooked beets
2 tbl Mayo Mayonnaise with Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Carrot Salad

  1. Peel and chop onions, apples and carrots into small pieces.

  2. Drain beets and chop into small pieces.

  3. Toss all ingredients with olive oil mayo.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
