Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Raisin Salad

3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup raisins
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. honey (optional)

Recipe Directions for Carrot Raisin Salad

  1. Toss carrots, raisins and crushed pineapple together in a large bowl.

  2. Whisk together mayonnaise and honey. Pour dressing over carrot salad and toss well.

  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
