Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Raisin Salad

8 cups grated carrots
1/4 cup golden raisins
10 oz crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Carrot Raisin Salad

  1. Mix curry powder, white wine, vinegar, honey and olive oil.

  2. Pour over carrots.

  3. Mix in raisins and pineapple
