Recipe Ingredients for Carrot, Raisin, Pineapple salad

6 carrots,large shredded
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 1/2 cups pineapple,crushed, in own juice
1/2 cup coconut, dry, shredded (optional)

Recipe Directions for Carrot, Raisin, Pineapple salad

  1. Shred carrots on coarse shredder.

  2. Add pineapple, raisins and coconut (if using).

  3. Mix well.

  4. Refridgerate to allow flavors to mix.
