Recipe Ingredients for carrot raisin muffins

1/2 cup raisins
1 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fat free milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups grated carrot

Recipe Directions for carrot raisin muffins

Mix dry ingredients, then add wet. Fold in Carrot and raisins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
