Recipe Ingredients for carrot pye the zone

2 carrots, large
1 egg, large
100 g cottage cheese
1/2 leek, medium
20 g oat flour, enriched
1 dash salt
2 dash nutmeg
1 dash black pepper
5 g parmesan

Recipe Directions for carrot pye the zone

  1. wash and cut the vegetables

  2. put them in a glass bowl in layers (lasagna like) in between middle sprinkle oat flour

  3. mix cottage cheese and egg in a bowl til homogeneous, add nutmeg, salt and black pepper

  4. pour the egg-cheese mixture over the vegetables

  5. put in the oven for 35 minutes at 180-200 degrees calsium

  6. when done, sprinkle parmesan on top and serve

  7. enjoy
