1/4 pound pitted apricots
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

bake at 375 for 40-50. stir every 15. then add butter then 10.
