Recipe Ingredients for Carrot pulp and chocolate bread

230 grams Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips, Toll House (1tbsp=14gr)
0.33 cup Flaxseed
0.25 cup Olive Oil
4 oz Yogurt
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.75 cup Enriched Unbleached White Flour
0.5 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 serving Carrot pulp
1 bar Milk Chocolate Bar
14 grams Country Crock spread (Calcuim plus Vit. D), 1 tbsp=14grams

Recipe Directions for Carrot pulp and chocolate bread

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.

  2. Add the next wet ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.

  3. Sift the dry ingredients into the bowl and stir well to combine.

  4. Add chocolate chips and flax and stir quickly and briefly, to distribute.

  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and generously grease bread tin.

  6. Fill bread tin with batter.

  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
