A simple yummy soup that is healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Carrot Potato Soup

4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 large Onions
4 tbsp Garlic Powder
6 cup diced Potato, Flesh And Skin
6 cup, chopped Carrots
10 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
2 tsp Organic Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Carrot Potato Soup

  1. Dice potato, carrot and onion.

  2. Heat oil in large pot.

  3. Saute onion until soft.

  4. Add 1/2 the broth, potatos, and carrots.

  5. Boil for 15 mins.

  6. Mash veggies not completely.

  7. Add broth and seasoning.

  8. Cook 20 mins.

  9. Cool and serve.

  10. Good with rice.
