Recipe Ingredients for Carrot-Pineapple Smoothie

2 cups pineapple chunks, frozen
1/2 cup carrot juice
1 cup nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Carrot-Pineapple Smoothie

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine pineapple and carrot juice. Process until mixture is smooth, 30-45 seconds.

  2. Add yogurt and process until thoroughly blended, about 20 more seconds.

  3. Pour smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve at once.
