Wholewheat noodles in a broth flavoured with carrots, peppers & sun-dried tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Carrot & Pepper Wholewheat Noodle Soup

1/4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
15 g red bell pepper, chopped
15 g carrots, shredded
5 g sun-dried tomatoes (1 half)
6 g vegetable stock cube
300 ml water
1 pinch lemon pepper
40 g wholewheat noodles (dry weight)

Recipe Directions for Carrot & Pepper Wholewheat Noodle Soup

  1. Heat oil in a small pot. Stir-fry fresh veggies till just soft.

  2. Add in sun-dried tomatoes and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour in water, add in stock cube & noodles. Bring to boil and simmer till noodles are cooked (4-5min).
