1 cup slices Parsnips

Recipe Directions for Carrot Parsnip Puree

Peel and dice carrot and parsnips. Boil vegetables in stock until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Remobe vegetables and reserve cooking liquid. Puree vegetables i food procesor with 1/2 to 1 cup of reserved liquid until you reach the desired consistency. Season with a pinch of sale.
