Recipe Ingredients for Carrot and Onion Everyday Soup

6 small onions
2 stock cube
2 tsp sunflower oil
8 carrots
2 pints water
1 black pepper
3 clove garlic
1 tsp dried sage

Recipe Directions for Carrot and Onion Everyday Soup

  1. Add the sunflower oil to a large pot and heat

  2. Finely chop the onions and add to pan cook until just turning brown

  3. Crush garlic cloves and add to pan

  4. thinly slice carrots and add cook for 2 minutes

  5. then add water, black pepper, stock cubes and sage

  6. Cover pan and simmer for 1 hour
